Foscant

Foscant is conceived as a home for a slower rhythm of life—one marked by light, movement, and spacial flow. The residence is structured to reveal itself gradually, with glimpses through vegetation and vertical elements as one approaches the entrance. Organised over three levels, the house opens up through a series of interconnected spaces that invite both retreat and openness. The design follows a logic of balance: between inside and outside, intimacy and openness, movement and stillness.

Foscant is designed by Riutort Arquitectos in collaboration with RO2 Interiorismo. The architecture balances structure and space, integrating the home fully into the landscape. Vertical and horizontal elements are carefully interplayed to produce a sculptural quality, while natural light plays an active role in shaping the atmosphere of each space. The spatial layout encourages a continuous movement through the home, creating an evolving relationship between the resident and their environment. Interior design details—materials, light, textures, and art—are orchestrated to offer a sense of calm, warmth, and thoughtful retreat.
