Ixent

Set between neighbouring properties, the house is defined by two structural towers that enclose and protect both the entrance and the pool terrace. These elements isolate the home from its surroundings, opening it entirely to the horizon. The central architectural feature is once again a stepped, amphitheatre-style pool that extends the interior space toward the sea. The structure is distributed over three levels, organised around a double-height volume that anchors the spatial experience of the home.

Two vertical towers define the architectural rhythm, shielding the house from neighbouring views and reinforcing a strong sense of privacy. This framing allows the house to open fully toward the seascape, creating a clear visual and spacial connection between the interior and the horizon. The stepped pool completes the composition, drawing the eye outward and anchoring the house in its coastal setting.
