From the date of completion, your new home is protected by a 10-year warranty. The first two years are covered by us the developer and the remaining 8 years by an independent insurance provider. You also have a 1-year warranty on all appliances.

Newly built homes may require minor adjustments or repairs within the first 12 months. It is a natural part of settling into a new property and our team is ready to take care of any issue promptly and professionally, ensuring a seamless process and swift resolution by local tradesmen.
